Our Story

Ordinary People.
Extraordinary Impact.

406 Leadership is a Christ-centered community of everyday people committed to living out biblical faith with courage and purpose. We believe strong communities are built when faithful leaders step forward — in their homes, churches, workplaces, and neighborhoods — to stand for truth, strengthen families, and protect the freedoms that allow faith to flourish.

Together, we equip and encourage one another to lead with integrity, influence culture with conviction, and preserve both spiritual and constitutional freedom for the next generation.

This is more than an organization — it is a movement of people willing to rise, serve, and make a lasting difference right where they live.
Our Vision

A Lasting Movement

To cultivate a lasting movement of biblical leadership that strengthens families, influences culture, and secures freedom and faith for future generations.

Our Mission

Empowering Leaders

To empower individuals through faith, leadership, and conservative values, equipping all generations to stand boldly for freedom and truth.

Our commitment to faith, family, and freedom is the foundation of everything we do.

Our Pillars

Faith · Family · Freedom

Faith

Faith is our foundation. We are accountable to God first, and we believe leadership must be grounded in prayer, Scripture, and obedience to biblical truth. Faith shapes who we are, how we lead, and how we serve.

What We Mean by Faith
  • The authority of Scripture as final, complete, and trustworthy truth
  • The truth of creation — God as eternal Creator
  • The Lordship of Jesus Christ — fully God, eternal, Savior and King
  • Faith is active, not passive — demonstrated through obedience, courage, and Christlike character
How This Pillar Guides Us
  • Faith shapes the culture of our leadership and how we represent ourselves publicly
  • It guides the causes and candidates we support
  • It sets the tone of our engagement — bold, but Christlike
  • We are committed to Christ-centered leadership, not personality-driven leadership

Family

Family is central to God's design and the foundation of healthy communities. Strong nations are built on strong homes, and strong homes are built on biblical truth.

What We Mean by Family
  • Marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman
  • The family as a God-ordained unit
  • Parents as the primary disciplers and educators of their children
  • The responsibility of leaders to model integrity in their homes
  • The inherent dignity and value of every human life, created in the image of God and worthy of protection from conception to natural death.
How This Pillar Guides Us
  • Defending and supporting biblical marriage and family
  • Strengthening and supporting parents in their calling
  • Modeling biblical principles in our homes and leadership
  • Family ministry is not about perfection — it is about faithfulness

Freedom

Freedom is a God-given gift that must be understood, protected, and exercised with responsibility and moral character. We are committed to defending both our heavenly freedom in Christ and our constitutional freedom as citizens.

What We Mean by Freedom
  • Our ultimate freedom is spiritual — found in Christ, who frees us from sin
  • Our civic freedoms are protected through principles that recognize rights come from God, not government
  • Freedom requires virtue, responsibility, and self-governance
  • True liberty cannot survive without moral character and biblical truth
How This Pillar Guides Us
  • Investing in learning and teaching America's founding principles
  • Encouraging civic literacy and constitutional understanding
  • Standing for truth without being silenced by cultural pressure
  • Freedom means living responsibly under God, advancing truth for future generations
What We Believe

Statement of Faith

We are rooted in historic, biblical Christianity and believe that leadership must be grounded in truth, conviction, and obedience to God.

  • We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

  • We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

  • We believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, who through His life, death, and resurrection brings salvation to all who believe. (John 3:16)

  • We believe every person is created in the image of God and has inherent dignity and purpose. (Genesis 1:27)

  • We believe human life is sacred and worthy of protection from conception to natural death. (Psalm 139:13–16)

  • We believe God designed marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman, and that the family is foundational to a healthy society. (Genesis 2:24)

  • We believe faith is active and demonstrated through obedience, integrity, courage, and Christlike character. (James 2:17)
